This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover (processing fee applied), or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Luverne Hockey Club.
**Teams are not considered registered until payment has been received. If you are mailing a check, please notify Amber Lais, Tournament Director once you have completed the online registration. She will monitor for payment and then finalize your registration in the tournament once it is received.
• USA/MAHA Registered teams only
• Trophies and individual awards will be given
• Three (3) game guarantee
• Tournament fees are $700 - No gate fees
• Mite/Mini-Mite Jamboree $200 - No gate fees
